Recipe broken eggs with chorizo ​​or ham

Important to clarify that, if you do not want to prepare them with chorizo ​​but with ham, For example, simply substitute one ingredient for the other and follow the other steps of the preparation.

  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 1 sausage that you like the best
  • Olive oil in large quantity
